I love exploring, being at the shelter for as long as I have been I like to breakout of my routine and run to meet all the other cats I can. Usually we have fun saying "hi" and playing through the windows. When I meet people I like getting pets and I purr up a storm, but can settle down for lap time. When I am calm, I like to sit back and watch the world around me. But I when I do play I enjoy running around with other cats and wand toys are super fun!
If you have a kitty at home now, I'd probably get I with them. I'm pretty easy going and get along with most of the cats I've met at the shelter...I never initiated the hostility, just received it. I have been on outings around Jo Daviess County as a Safe Haven representative, but I don't travel well...I get car sick. But I recover pretty quickly, and want to be the center attention everywhere I go.
