Safe Haven's mission is to provide a haven and any necessary treatment for adoptable cats and dogs, place them in forever homes, increase the awareness of the humane treatment of animals, and promote spay and neuter programs to reduce the overpopulation of cats and dogs in Jo Daviess County.
Safe Haven is a small non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, located in Jo Daviess County and supported entirely by community donations and memberships. Our board of directors, staff, and volunteers believe that together we can make a difference in the lives of cats, dogs, and the people who care about them.
