I transferred to Safe Haven from Louisiana, unfortunately I already had heartworm. I have been on exercise restrictions and have finally finished my treatments. Now I just need to be retested at certain intervals to ensure I am heartworm free!
When I came to Safe Haven I was pretty nervous and scared, but with the help of my foster family I have become comfortable getting into the car, I like car rides now! And I don’t shy away from new people and situations like I used to, it is fun to meet people and other dogs. I love toys, I take all the toys and make a little pile of them so I can get them easily when I want them. I am a very curious and silly girl once people get to know me, it would be great to get to know you too. I make appearances with my foster brother at events around Jo Daviess County, so keep your eyes open for upcoming Safe Haven events.

Dog adoption donations are $200 which includes vaccinations, spay/neuter, Heartworm test, Lyme test, Bordetella, flea & tick preventative, heartworm prevention, deworming, and microchip.
